Boating Affiliate Program: Terms and Conditions

To ensure transparency and fairness, the Boating Miles Affiliate Program operates under a set of terms and conditions. It’s important that all affiliates understand and agree to these terms before participating in the program.

1. Eligibility

• The Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses worldwide. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Enrollment in the Program

• To enroll in the Affiliate Program, you must complete the registration form on our affiliate portal by signing up as an affiliate you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
• Boat Rental World GmbH reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Obligations

• Affiliates must use only the marketing materials provided by Boat Rental World GmbH and must not modify, alter, or create derivative works of these materials without prior written consent.  we are not responsible for any copywriter material used and/or any illegal usage of our program.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Affiliates must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior, including but not limited to cookie stuffing, click fraud, or misrepresentation of the Boat Rental World GmbH brand.

4. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn for every successful referral that results in a confirmed booking on the Boat Rental World platform. % of earning can be modify, adjust and change at any point from Boat Rental World GmbH without or with prior notification. 
• Commissions are only payable for bookings that are not subject to cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

5. Cookie Duration

• The Affiliate Program utilizes a two-week (14-day) cookie duration. This means that affiliates will earn commissions on any bookings made within 14 days of the customer clicking on their affiliate link.
• If a customer clicks on multiple affiliate links, the commission will be attributed to the last affiliate link clicked before the booking was made.

6. Payment Terms

• Payouts are made days after the rental has taken place and is completed.
• Payments are made via stripe or paypal, and affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
• Boat Rental World GmbH reserves the right to withhold payments if it suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms and conditions.

7. Exclusions

• The Affiliate Program is not applicable to bookings made in conjunction with any special offers, discounts, or promotions offered by Boat Rental World GmbH unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Affiliates cannot earn commissions on bookings made using their own affiliate links or on transactions involving immediate family members.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
• Upon termination, affiliates will be paid any outstanding earnings earned prior to the termination date, provided that the earnings meet the payout threshold and are not subject to any deductions for fraud or breach of these terms.

9. Modification of Terms

• Boat Rental World GmbH reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates is not obligate to notify anyone of any significant changes, and is up to the affiliate account to cancel or continue participation in the program after such changes are in place.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

• Boat Rental World GmbH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
• Boat Rental World GmbH makes no representation or warranty regarding the operation of this Affiliate Program, including the accuracy or completeness of tracking and reporting.
